Delivery & Returns
If you need your order for a special occasion or an urgent date then we will aim to get it to you! Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with any urgent requests.
Your beautiful lingerie will be handmade for you and sent out within 2-3 days of your order being placed (often quicker!). Your orders will be wrapped in tissue and dispatched in unbranded, discreet outer packaging. They will require a signature on delivery. You will be notified by email when your parcel is on the way. If it is for a gift, we can carefully wrap it in our luxurious gift boxes for a small additional charge - just select gift wrapping at the checkout.

UK and International Deliveries
We offer UK and Worldwide shipping on all orders.
UK: All UK orders are sent out on a 24 hour delivery service.
BREXIT/ EU UPDATE: We guarantee no additional charges on delivery and no delays with your order.
International: We offer worldwide standard economy shipping which can take 1-2 weeks. We also offer express delivery options these are available at checkout at an additional charge, which allow you to receive your order within 24-48 hours. If you have any specific delivery queries, then please email us at email@example.com and we will do all we can to assist you!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. All goods need to be returned unworn, in their original condition with the original packaging intact. Please include the following information with the returned items: name, address, order number, and a brief reason for the return.
